Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please note the following:

  • You must initiate a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

  • We require proof of purchase, such as the order number or a copy of the packing slip.


Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Damaged or Defective Items
